Fine dining restaurant Six By Nico coming to Leeds with 60 new jobs created

Popular experiential dining restaurant Six By Nico has announced plans to open in Leeds next month.

The eatery, founded by chef Nico Simeone, offers themed six-course tasting menus that change in theme every six weeks. The idea behind the concept is to allow diners the opportunity to experience fine dining at an affordable price.

The tasting menus are often inspired by a theme, destination or concept. The restaurant also offers a pairing wine menu to coincide with each dish. Some previous themes include Lisbon, Marrakech, Tokyo, The Chippie, Down The Rabbit Hole and Ancient Rome to name all but a few.
