After much deliberation by the judging panel, the shortlist for this year's Deals and Dealmakers Awards has been revealed.
Among the finalists are some of those involved in the biggest acquisitions in Scotland over the last 12 months - the bankers, lawyers and advisers, as well as the business leaders buying and selling.
This 25th anniversary year also sees a new category recognising those firms which have gone the furthest in promoting diversity and inclusion within the sector.
Both Deal of the Year and a one-off Outstanding Contribution to Dealmaking category will be announced on the night.
