Final panels installed at Queensland solar farm spruiked as nation's largest — part of state's 'transition to a renewable energy future'

Construction has finished on a massive solar farm on Queensland's Western Downs, which will have the capacity to power the equivalent of 235,000 homes.

Spruiked as Australia's largest solar farm, the 400 megawatt project near Chinchilla boasts more than a million solar panels.
