The Kansas City Chiefs and Tennessee Titans released their third and final injury reports of the week on Friday. You can find the injury reports from earlier this week here: Wednesday — Thursday.

Check out the injury report for each team, complete with game status designations, down below:

  • Jody Fortson is the lone player to be ruled out. Andy Reid confirmed this is a new quad injury for Fortson and not the same injury that bothered him in training camp and the preseason. Jordan Franks could be elevated from the practice squad to make up for Fortson’s absence.
  • Reminder: Until Lucas Niang is on the 53-man roster, the team is not required to report his practice status.

* DNP = Did not participate | LP = Limited participation | FP = Full participation | NIR = Not injury related

  • Ryan Tannehill is questionable after a limited practice on Friday. If Tannehill is unable to go it will be rookie QB Malik Willis playing for the second consecutive week. Chiefs HC Andy Reid said they’re prepared for both players and that there is a little carryover given that both are considered mobile quarterbacks.
  • Amani Hooker and Tory Carter were the lone players ruled out for Tennessee. Hooker’s absence this week is a big one as he’s one of their best defenders on the back end.
  • Bud Dupree was added to the injury report with an illness. He didn’t practice on Friday and is listed as questionable.
  • Jeffery Simmons, who provided the Chiefs O-Line with some bulletin board material on Thursday, didn’t practice all week with an ankle injury. He is listed as questionable for the game despite missing the entire week of practice.
