Yes, it is. Near the beginning of the stream, toward the end of the little patch 7.5 teaser that Square Enix so kindly started its showcase off with, you'll spot Kefka. If you blink, you'll miss the reveal – but it's there. His unhinged smile, clownish makeup, and all.
I'm convinced this means the new Ultimate raid will feature Kefka as a boss, and I'm not alone. Comments rolled in pretty much immediately on the video expressing similar thoughts.
