Line of Duty star Vicky McClure has vowed to 'whip the England team into shape' ahead of the annual Soccer Aid fixture. This year's event will be at West Ham United's London Stadium on June 12.
The Three Lions will clash with a World XI in a match that will raise money for children's charity UNICEF. A host of famous faces and former players will participate, including Liam Payne, Mo Gilligan, Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville.
Martin Compston will also feature as part of the World XI, and fellow Line of Duty Star McClure has revealed she's desperate to get one over her colleague. Taking to Soccer Aid's official Twitter account, she issued a rallying cry to her teammates and a warning to her co-star.

She said: "I'm joining this year's Soccer Aid for UNICEF. I'm going to whip the England team into shape, but mainly I want to make sure we beat the rest of the world with Martin Compston."
Last year's clash took place at Manchester City's Etihad Stadium and raised over £13million for UNICEF. The World XI won 3-0 on that occasion thanks to a brace from Love Island star Kem Cetinay and a late strike from comedian Lee Mack.
Since its inception in 2006, Soccer Aid has firmly established itself as part of the footballing calendar and, in doing so, has raised over £60million for charity.
