Who will win the 2022 FIFA World Cup? We are slowly, but very steadily inching towards an answer to that question. All the four quarter-finals are done.
The teams that have been knocked out in the quarter-finals are - Brazil, Netherlands, Portugal and England. Holders France joined Argentina, Croatia and Morocco in the semi-finals.
Argentina will be up against Croatia in the first semi-final while Morocco will take on France for a place in the final.
As is almost always the case, one of the most interesting races that is shaping up is the race for the Golden Boot, which is awarded to the highest goal-scorer of the tournament. France's Kylian Mbappe, thanks to two super strikes against Poland in the Round of 16, is ahead of Argentina's Lionel Messi.
TimesofIndia.com here takes a look at how that race is shaping up and some of the other very interesting tournament statistics so far:

MOST ASSISTS (Top 19)
MOST SAVES (Top 10)
