Despite some speculation, the Ultimate TOTS squad will be getting released in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team this week, following confirmation from EA Sports.
The Ultimate TOTS is the pinnacle squad of the TOTS promo in each FIFA title, with a selection of the best TOTS cards from the last few weeks re-released one final time. FIFA 23 has been one of the best TOTS promos to date with the Premier League TOTS and Ligue 1 TOTS two of the standout squads, but we may see some of the big names from these leagues miss out on the Ultimate TOTS, sort of.
EA confirmed a new TOTS card design via a FUT loading screen with a green and purple colourway, the TOTS Award Winners. Based on leaks regarding the promo, the TOTS Award Winners will see the Golden Boot, Golden Glove and POTY winners from each of Europe's top five leagues given a new TOTS item, and this could have a negative impact on FUT Champions rewards for this weekend.

FIFA 23 Ultimate TOTS leaks and FUT Champions rewards update
According to leaker @DonkTrading, The Ultimate TOTS will have the TOTS Award Winners mixed in, meaning both will be in FUT Packs at the same time. But, with player picks in FUT Champions rewards usually league-specific, there's potential that Award Winners won't be included as an Ultimate TOTS and will be omitted from the rewards.
Reliable leaker @FIFAUTeam claims the TOTS Award Winners consists of award winners from each of the top five leagues and that the Golden Boot, Golden Glove and POTY winner from each of the top five leagues will be awarded with boosted FUT TOTS items. This has been backed up by fellow leaker @FutSheriff, who has leaked Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre Ter Stegen as one of the players to feature as a TOTS Award Winners item.
Nothing is confirmed yet, and for all we know, EA may release Award Winners alongside their normal TOTS card and have both in Packs at the same time!
