The EA Sports FIFA Team of the Week 18 has been revealed, and Manchester United's Bruno Fernandes ' TOTY snub has been confirmed as a result.
The FIFA 22 TOTW 18 lineup features some of the best performers from the previous week of footballing action, including United star Fernandes, who scored twice in the Reds' 2-2 draw against Aston Villa at Villa Park. But, because Fernandes is included in the TOTW 18, earning an 89-rated in-form FUT item in the process, it's very likely that the Portuguese midfielder will miss out on a place in the upcoming TOTY reveal.
Fernandes is one of five players who will receive a FUT in-form item rated 87 or above, with Bayern Munich star Thomas Muller (89), Lazio striker Ciro Immobile (89), Liverpool full-back Andy Robertson (88) and Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovic (87) all named in the TOTW 18 lineup.
