The FIFA 22 TOTS promo will begin this month, with the highly-anticipated TOTS event set to kick off with the Community TOTS release.
The FIFA 22 Team of the Season event is one of the biggest releases in the FUT calendar each year, with the first FUT TOTS squad of FIFA 22 confirmed to drop at the end of April. As always, the Community TOTS will be the first squad released, giving the FIFA community the opportunity to vote for who makes the squad.
The Team of the Season Promo awards the best performing players around the world with special, heavily boosted player items in FUT 22. The vote for the Community TOTS has already begun, with 100 of the most consistent and under-the-radar players in world football, who have received a maximum of one performance-based special item in FIFA 22, eligible for a vote.

In FIFA 21, the Community TOTS fan vote gave FIFA fans a shortlist of 100 players to choose a starting XI from, with the final squad being decided by the players with the most votes and EA themselves. And it's the same story with FIFA 22, with 100 TOTS Community TOTS nominees revealed by EA Sports. Historically, there are 15 separate TOTS squads released in each FIFA, with major leagues such as the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A and Ligue 1 all receiving their own TOTS squad.

FIFA 22 Community TOTS confirmed release date
The voting for the Community TOTS kicked off on Sunday, April 17, 2022 , with the voting closing on Wednesday, April 20, 2022. Voting will then open for the Premier League and Bundesliga TOTS, with the FIFA 22 Community TOTS squad released at 18:00 PM BST on Friday, April 29, 2022 .
Each TOTS squad release lasts a week, meaning the Community TOTS will end on Friday, May 6, 2022. Some of the best players could return at a later date in the Ultimate TOTS squad though, and along with the main squad release, a selection of themed Squad Building Challenges and objectives will be released, with more players available to earn.
