Delhi High Court Seeks Response

According to news agency ANI, the Delhi High Court on Wednesday issued notice on applications filed by Priya Kapur, Sunjay Kapur’s third wife, seeking dismissal of the suit filed by her mother-in-law, Rani Kapur. In her plea, Rani Kapur accused Priya and others of orchestrating a “fraudulent family trust.”
