Ferne McCann's fiancé has posted a cryptic quote about 'jealous haters' after the Instagram account leaking voice notes, which they allege are from the ex TOWIE star, returned to social media.
Estate agent Lorri Haines took to his platform on Tuesday to share a series of sayings to his followers following a turbulent week.
Ferne, 32, got in contact with the police last Thursday after the Instagram account released a series of voice notes, who they allege are from the reality star, calling Sam Faiers a 'fat c***' and a 'narcissistic b***h'.
And her fiancé has continued to post a series of quotes suggesting he believes the Instagram user, going under the name of Bridgerton character Lady Whistledown, is creating a smear campaign against them.
He shared: "You can't change how people feel about you, so don't try. Just live your life and be happy. Sometimes they be jealous of how well you hold your life together and that's why they can't stand you."
In one of the reported 39 audio clips the Lady Whistledown account alleged was Ferne calling Sam a 'fat c***'.
The message was reportedly sent a month after Sam welcomed her third child, Edward.
The voice note says: "Her thighs are so big and I looked really skinny today."
Meanwhile, another leaked voice note, also allegedly from the ex TOWIE star called Sam a "narcissistic b***h".
A third, separate voice note appears to allegedly show Ferne taking a swipe at Sam's sister Billie over her son being given the same name as Ferne's jailed ex Arthur Collins.
Sam's mum, Suzie Wells, came to her daughter's defence and called the notes 'vile'.
However, many fans stood up for Ferne and claimed the audio notes were taken out of context.
Meanwhile, Essex Police has been in contact with Ferne over the leaks, after the fake account was reported to the force.
An Essex Police spokesperson told The Mirror: "We are investigating a report of malicious communication which was made to us in Brentwood on Thursday 29 September.
"We have spoken to the victim, a woman aged in her 30s, and our enquiries are ongoing."
Meanwhile, a source has told The Sun: "Ferne was visited by the police on Thursday night after having her life turned upside down by a fake account that has launched a malicious smear campaign against her.
"Officers spent a few hours with her and gave reassurances that they are prioritising this case, tracking the parties responsible.
"Having taken statements, the police are currently in the process of tracking the fake account’s whereabouts.
"The Online Safety Bill was discussed as they clamp down on cyber crime."
