One Formula 1 fan will spend a December morning in the passenger seat alongside two-time champion Fernando Alonso at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, as the Spaniard auctions off a hot lap for his foundation.
The experience is part of JOOPITER's The Modern Grid: An Auction of F1 Memorabilia sale, which runs from 7-20 October. It carries an estimate of $12,000 to $18,000. At the time of writing, the lot had already received seven bids and had reached $12,000. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Fundación Fernando Alonso.
