Fern Britton shared a gorgeous snap of herself with two of her four children enjoying a brisk Boxing Day walk.
The former This Morning star, 65, was joined by her daughter Winnie, 20, and one of her twin sons, 28, for an outing along the Cornish coast yesterday.
She captioned the pic: "Flipping freezing on Boxing Day beach. My New Year resolution is to get to grips with Insta."
Fern's eldest kids, twins Jack and Harry, and 25-year-old Grace's dad is her first husband, Clive Jones. They were wed between November 1988 until 1998. Winnie's dad is telly chef Phil Vickery, who she was married to for 20 years until January 2020.
Their split shocked the showbiz world, and fans of the pair who loved their easy and affectionate chemistry were stunned that they were parting. A year after they went their separate ways, Fern opened up to Loose Women about how she was adapting to making her own decisions.
She said: "My marriage coming to the end of the road is very sad. But we are working it all out. My life did go upside down, not just unfortunately with my marriage going wrong.
"My mum died three years ago, and my dad died two years ago this Christmas. He died on December 22. So, I am having to... I think after 30 years of being married but to two different men, 33 years altogether. Wonderful men I have to say. Wonderful, interesting, and clever men. I am having to do a lot on my own. Make my own decisions and so."
She added: "I miss not being able to ring my mum and not being able to say to my father, 'How do you think I should do that?' It is normal, but grief takes you in funny ways.
"You think, 'I am okay.' And then suddenly a wave of it bangs into your face. And you start to cry a bit."
There was more pain for Fern to come when Phil was seen appearing to kiss her best friend in September this year.
