Ferencvaros president Gabor Kubatov has revealed his club are 'open to negotiations' over Celtic linked Aissa Laidouni.
Ange Postecoglou has already started planning ahead of the January transfer window with the signings of Alistair Johnston and Yuki Kobayashi already complete. Josip Juranovic is more than likely to depart after his impressive World Cup with Croatia while Giorgos Giakoumakis could leave after contract talks stalled with Stephen Welsh also attracting interest.
Laidouni also impressed in Qatar for Tunisia with the Scottish champions linked with a move to bring him to Glasgow. Ferencvaros are willing to take advantage of his rise in stock as interest continues to build in the midfielder. No official offer has landed at the door of his current employers - who will talk if an offer made is deemed acceptable.
Asked about potential offers from Celtic or German side Wolfsburg, Kubatov told Nemzeti Sport: "Many people are interested. We haven’t received a specific offer yet. But I’m sure it will come.
"He played at a very high level at the World Cup. And, if we receive an offer that is worth considering, we are open to negotiations.
"We have to find the right balance too. If we can sell someone for good money, we can get more benefits from that. On the one hand, we can use the income to bring in new football players."
