Felipe Nasr crashes out of Petit Le Mans in violent wreck after winning Endurance Cup

A dramatic front-stretch accident involving Felipe Nasr brought a bitter end to the Motul Petit Le Mans for the #7 Porsche Penske Motorsport Porsche 963, shortly after Nasr, Julien Andlauer, and Laurin Heinrich clinched the IMSA Michelin Endurance Cup title.

The former Formula 1 driver was running closely behind teammate Laurens Vanthoor in the #6 factory Porsche 963, who had been slowed by traffic along the front stretch.
