Residents have raised safety concerns over a busy road in Nottinghamshire after a car crashed into the front of a house. A cream coloured Renault was driven into the front garden of a property in Moorbridge Road, Stapleford, causing significant damage to the vehicle and a brick wall.
No-one was arrested or injured due to the incident, which happened at around 7am on Monday, June 5. However, residents believe it is part of a wider problem.
Speaking on Tuesday (June 6), a spokesman for Nottinghamshire Police said: "We were called out to this crash at 7.10am yesterday. Thankfully no injuries reported. Road wasn’t blocked and no arrests as things stand."
