US President Joe Biden has raised more fears about his health as he seemed to try to shake hands with a senator seconds after the pair had already done so.

The 79-year-old was attending the signing ceremony for the CHIPS and Science Act of 2022 outside the White House

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer shook hands with the leader of the free world first, before turning to the other attendees, including Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
