Residents are warning that a burnt-out Grade II listed pub in south London could collapse this winter unless urgent action is taken to shore up the rapidly deteriorating building.
The former Burn Bullock in Mitcham, which was severely damaged in a fire last April, has been surrounded by hoardings for more than a year, but locals and conservation groups say little has been done to ensure its survival.
