FDJ United-Suez reveal special new kit for Tour de France Femmes and 2027 season

Ahead of the start in Lausanne, FDJ United-Suez have unveiled a special jersey design that they will wear for the 2026 Tour de France Femmes and into the 2027 season.

The jersey, made by Spanish brand Gobik, stays familiar to FDJ's long-term look, focusing on blues and textured colours. In a change, though, the dark jersey is paired with light, stone-coloured shorts, not dissimilar to those worn by Netcompany Ineos, whose kit is also made by Gobik.

The new look will first be in action at the Tour, running August 1-9, but will also be the team's main kit for 2027 as FDJ continue their partnership with Gobik. As European champion, Demi Vollering won't don the new jersey in-race just yet, but it will be on the shoulders of her teammates in France.

"Developing the FDJ-SUEZ jersey means working alongside some of the best riders in the world and translating their experience into real product improvements," Gobik co-founded Alberto García said.

"In this new evolution, we have recovered the team's identity while continuing to refine a pattern specifically developed for the female anatomy, aiming for a more precise, stable, and comfortable fit in competition. That insight is what drives the evolution of our garments season after season."

The design, Gobik says, "features a more dynamic and intense composition that maintains a connection with the previous season through a reinterpretation of a carbon-inspired texture, creating a coherent evolution" and "a contemporary design reflecting the sporting ambition of one of the leading teams in the international peloton and the continuous growth of women’s cycling".

The jersey is designed on the brand's Odyssey model, and a limited run is available for fans to buy from Friday, before the full collection is released ahead of the 2027 season.

On launching the 2027 jersey early, Gobik's press release said: "FDJ-SUEZ and Gobik once again turn the Tour de France Femmes into the starting point for a new season. [...] Far from waiting for the end of the season, FDJ-SUEZ is looking forward once again. The Tour thus becomes the stage where a new cycle begins."

The team and brand did the same thing last year, launching their 2026 jersey during the Tour de France Femmes before it came into full use in January.

FDJ United-Suez are expected to announce their full Tour de France Femmes line-up this Sunday.
