FC Barcelona XI vs Napoli: Confirmed lineup, team news and injury latest for Europa League today

The pressure is on Xavi for Barcelona’s crunch Europa League clash with Napoli.

The Spanish giants must come away from the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona with a win to maintain their hopes of lifting the trophy for the first time, having been knocked out of the Champions League at the first hurdle.

A near fully-fit squad is available to the Barcelona boss as he attempts to conquer Napoli, who took a 1-1 draw from the first leg of their play-off tie at the Camp Nou last week.

Gerard Pique returns to the starting XI having sat out the weekend LaLiga win at Valencia due to suspension.

However, Clement Lenglet is out while he continues to recover from a thigh injury. Also absent is Memphis Depay, who has sat out the last few weeks of action with a hamstring issue.

Dani Alves also misses out, due to not being registered for the competition. Sergino Dest holds out Oscar Mingueza for the right-back spot, with Adama Traore beating Ousmane Dembele fighting to join Ferran Torres and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang up front.

Barcelona XI: Ter Stegen; Dest, Pique, Araujo, Alba; Pedri, Busquets, F. De Jong; Torres, Aubameyang, Adama.

Subs: Neto, Puig, Dembele, Braithwaite, L. De Jong, Mingueza, Garcia, Nico, Gavi, Tenas.
