The FBI’s Evidence Response Team on Sunday raided the homes of Ibrahim Kayumi, 19, and Emir Balat, 18, in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, a day after they were arrested during a protest near Gracie Mansion on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
