Love Island star Faye Winter opened up about her 'regrets' after her split from Teddy Soares.
In February, the 27-year-old announced that she had split with Teddy, 26, after months of speculation that the pair had parted ways.
The duo met while competing on Love Island in 2021 and, despite a rocky start, were inseparable after leaving the villa.
Following the split, she moved back home to Devon and has been focusing on moving on. The pair stayed quiet on the breakup but recently Teddy said he "has a voice again" as he discussed parting ways with Faye.
Following Teddy's remarks, Faye recently participated in a Q&A on Instagram and responded candidly to fans' questions about her life.
One fan asked her: "One thing you wish you done differently?"
Over a sweet photo of her dog, she responded: "I always say trust your gut and sometimes I haven't always listened to her.
"I've allowed the noise around me to drown her out. I've allowed people to get inside my head and question myself and what I know in my gut.
"I wish I'd trusted myself more but I'm sure we've all been in that position where we've listened to someone else."
Faye recently revealed she wouldn't have gotten through the break-up without her dog, Bonnie, by her side.
"I would not have gotten through half the stuff I have recently if it wasn’t for her," Faye told.
"She is my alarm clock in the morning, she gets me up every day and she’s my reason for being. The amount of times where I’ve not wanted to get out of bed because I’m in such a low place, but now I don’t have that.
"I have to get up to feed and walk her every day," she told OK! Magazine.
It come after Teddy told MailOnline of his split: "I have a voice again. I feel like I’m coming out of my shell again and going to events and going out more, which is really nice."
Faye announced her split with Teddy on her Instagram Story in February.
"I wanted to let you know that after lots of time and consideration, Teddy and I have decided to go our separate ways.
"Thank you all so much for supporting our relationship and sharing the journey with us, I’m forever grateful," she penned.
