Tragedy struck St. Lucie County, Florida, as a tornado outbreak resulted in multiple fatalities. Sheriff Keith Pearson confirmed that several individuals lost their lives at Spanish Lakes Country Club, although specific details remain unclear at this time.

Authorities have been contacted for further information regarding the devastating events that unfolded in the area. St. Lucie County, situated on Florida's Atlantic coast, is approximately 140 miles east of Sarasota on the Gulf Coast.
