Fatal hit-and-run: Police search for Toyota with damaged bonnet

A man was struck and killed in a hit-and-run on the New England Highway. Picture by Marina Neil

POLICE are searching for a Toyota Camry which may have a damaged bonnet after a fatal hit-and-run near Maitland on Wednesday night.

Emergency services were called to reports of a crash on the New England Highway at Harpers Hill, one kilometre east of Greta, at about 9.30pm on October 30.
