Fashion Sakala handed Rangers 'unplayable' tag as Michael Beale heaps praise on Antonio Colak

Michael Beale has handed Fashion Sakala an 'unplayable' tag as he heaped huge praise on the attacker and team-mate Antonio Colak.

The Zambian played a starring role at Easter Road as the Light Blues responded from an early setback in the capital to fire FOUR goals and pick up a big win. Connor Goldson had put the ball past his own keeper inside the opening ten minutes but 90 seconds later James Tavernier netted from the penalty spot after a VAR check for a foul on Ryan Kent.

Colak then turned home a Sakala cross for his first of the night before the attacker got a goal of his own after capitalising on a poor David Marshall clearance. The Croatian then grabbed his second of the night with the assist coming once again from Sakala.

Speaking about the attacking duo, Beale told BBC Sportsound : "He's still a young man and obviously he is still getting used to Scottish football. Even still now he is getting used to the hustle and bustle and demands. He was a striker when we signed him and he's been shifted out wide at different times.

"The system suits him at the moment. Certainly away from home when teams come after us and it opens up space. Every game he gets the chance to score or an assist. He doesn't always get them but he is working away and nights like tonight at times he was unplayable with his speed and direct play.

"I thought Antonio was really good tonight as well. I am seeing a fit Antonio Colak now. I thought he was brilliant at the weekend and didn't score but he made up for it tonight with a couple of goals and the competition is now there.

"Alfredo [Morelos] is not happy to be out of the team but it is fair and right if someone plays well they keep the shirt. Now I have an issue that I have a few players waiting on the sidelines and that's what good squads have."
