Fashion fans are going wild to get their hands on a £4 v-neck top that looks incredibly similar to the viral Josie top from Urban Outfitters. The Josie, a ribbed v-neck vest, comes in seven different colours and is a hit for those reliving their 90s days.
The Urban Outfitters favourite costs £20 and ranges from an XS to an XL. There are also other versions of the top that come with different necklines and sleeve lengths.
However, thanks to TikTok influencer @Emmaxcutler, fashion fans are setting their sights on Primark’s offering. The £4 top comes in sizes XXS to XL, in four colours - black, lilac, lime and blue - and has been spotted alongside matching skirts and shorts.

In her video, TikTok influencer Emma tells fans to “Run, don’t walk, to Primark” as she shows off the myriad of ways to style the black vest. She also shows off the price and the display in her local store that shows other items in the range.
In the comments, fans can’t get enough of the top.
Liv said: “I NEED this top”. While another fan simply declared, “I have been influenced”.
Tagging their friends, fashion fans were already planning their next trip to the bargain high street store. “Get your shoes, it’s time to go to Primark,” one said.
“What? This looks so good, I need this,” said another. While another eager shopper said, “Primark will be seeing me tomorrow”.
While the Primark website doesn’t have a way of purchasing the top online, it is possible to check whether it's in stock. At the time of writing, Newcastle’s store on Northumberland Street and the store at the Metro Centre has all four colours in stock in a range of sizes.
Urban Outfitters offers delivery or in-store collection, 10% student discount and, at the time of writing, free delivery over £15 with the code 'TREAT'. At the time of writing, most sizes in all of the colours of the Josie top were available.
