Finding a bargain these days can be a challenge, with retail, energy and fuel prices on the rise as the cost of living crisis continues to financially cripple Brits across the country. However, if you look hard enough, there are some little bargain wins around - just like this one a Farm Foods shopper found this week.
Taking to the popular Facebook group, Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, member Lizzy Austwick shared a surprisingly cheap offer on sale in Farm Foods, which is sure to put a smile on any cheese lover's face. In her post, she shared an image of a 150g Boursin Garlic and Herb cheese spread available for as little as 9p.
She accompanied the image with a caption that read: "Farm Foods Bargain: I freeze them and then slice off a piece from the frozen block and stir the slice of frozen soft cheese into hot pasta with peas, sweetcorn and broccoli for a quick cheap meal."

Since uploading the cheap bargain find earlier today, July 27, Lizzy's post has already been liked almost 700 times, with masses of shoppers pouring into the comments section to react to the inexpensive deal.
Larnie posted: "Ours has loadssss, I grabbed one this morning I'd have got more but I only had a bit of change on me!" Melanie commented: "Bargain. Didn't know you could freeze, thanks great idea." Tabi tagged a friend and said: "Quick we better stock up."
One shopper, Julie, even admitted to not buying any as she thought the price written on the shelf was incorrect due to how low it was. She said: "I love this, thought the price was wrong so didn't get any."
Others also posted ideas for meals people can make using the cheese. Evan wrote: "I bought a couple the other week from there and made a potato gratin with them." Lindz added: "They are really good on biscuits." Ann also agreed: "These are lethal! Lol. Love it on Ryvita thins."
Last week, the Farm Foods cheese bargain was posted on Hotukdeals.com, where its original shelf price was reportedly 39p, but came up as 19p on the receipt.
Elsewhere, the 150g Boursin Garlic and Herb box of cheese spread is on sale online for £2.10 in Sainsburys, £2.35 in Morrisons, £1.76 in Waitrose, £1.99 in Tesco, £2 in Iceland and £2.10 in ASDA.
