Farhad Moshiri and Everton board attend crucial Premier League clash at West Ham

Everton owner Farhad Moshiri is in attendance at the London Stadium for the Blues' crucial Premier League clash with West Ham United.

The British-Iranian businessman, who acquired a majority stake at Goodison Park in 2016, has not watched the Blues in action since their 5-2 defeat to Watford towards the end of 2021.

However, with tensions rising and increased scrutiny at the club's board - which resulted in supporters' groups participating in a sit-in protest after last weekend's 2-1 defeat to Southampton - Moshiri has been spotted supporting Frank Lampard's side in East London.

Blues chairman Bill Kenwright, who was advised to stay away from the fixture against the Saints on Merseyside last Saturday due to concerns over his safety, was also spotted in attendance at the London Stadium, along with chief executive Denise Barrett-Baxendale and board member Graeme Sharp.

Everton are currently in the Premier League's relegation places and Lampard will be aware of the demand to produce a positive result at his boyhood club if he is to quash speculation over his future as Blues manager.
