Fantasy football Week 14 injury report: Lamar Jackson, Tua Tagovailoa and the injuries of other big-name players

Injuries suck, but they are a part of professional sports. Of course, they’re also part of fantasy sports and betting. In both instances, they can be the difference between wins and losses on a weekly basis.

As a fantasy football manager, you’ll need to know which players are in and which are out. We’re here to help you keep a tab on all of the important ones.

With six teams on bye during Week 14 of the NFL regular season, a lot of players will be out of action. A few additional important players could be in street clothes as well after taking a peek at the injury reports.

It could all impact how your fantasy football weekend plays out, so be sure to know which players are and are not playing.

Here’s an update:

WR Rondale Moore - Arizona Cardinals

Even with the extra week of rest (Week 13 bye) Moore isn’t yet healed enough to make it back onto the field. He’s out for Week 14.

QB Lamar Jackson - Baltimore Ravens

While Jackson hasn’t officially been listed as OUT, it appears as though it’ll be the Tyler Huntley show for the Ravens in Week 14.

RB Joe Mixon - Cincinnati Bengals

We haven’t seen Joe Mixon on the field for the last two games due to a concussion. However, he’s cleared protocols and will play on Sunday against the Browns.

WR Amari Cooper - Cleveland Browns

Stay tuned in for more on Cooper. He’s still questionable to play less than 24 hours before game time.

WR Courtland Sutton - Denver Broncos

The hits keep on coming for the Denver Broncos. Sutton has been ruled OUT.

WR Nico Collins, Brandin Cooks - Houston Texans

(Troy Taormina-USA TODAY Sports)

The Texans will be without both Nico Collins and Brandin Cooks for their Week 14 matchup with the Cowboys.

WR Mike Williams - Los Angeles Chargers

(Stephen R. Sylvanie-USA TODAY Sports)

Good news: Mike Williams’ name did not show up on this week’s final injury report for the Chargers.

QB Tua Tagovailoa - Miami Dolphins

(Kelley L Cox-USA TODAY Sports)

Tua suffered an ankle injury against the 49ers last weekend but will be available for Sunday Night Football against the Chargers.

RB Damien Harris - New England Patriots

(Jeff Hanisch-USA TODAY Sports)

Harris hasn’t played since suffering a thigh injury in Week 12 vs. the Vikings. He’s doubtful to play against the Cardinals on Monday night.

RB Saquon Barkley - New York Giants

(Jerome Miron-USA TODAY Sports)

Barkley, one of the league’s leading rushers, is questionable to play on Sunday. However, it appears he’s trending in the right direction.

QB Trevor Lawrence - Jacksonville Jaguars

(Jeremy Reper-USA TODAY Sports)

As it turns out, the looks of Lawrence’s Week 14 injury ended up being worse than the actual diagnosis.

RB Kenneth Walker III - Seattle Seahawks

We’ll know more on Sunday regarding Walker III’s game-time status. For now, he’s questionable with an ankle injury.

WR Treylon Burks - Tennessee Titans

The rookie suffered a scary-looking concussion during his touchdown grab against the Eagles last weekend that will force him to miss Week 14.
