The New York Giants (1-5) host the Washington Commanders (3-3) at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey on Sunday afternoon.

Here are some fantasy football options to consider for the upcoming Week 7 game.

Washington defense

Brad Mills-USA TODAY Sports

Since pinning 31 on Arizona in their Week 2 comeback win, the Giants have scored a total of 40 points over the last four games and exactly one offensive touchdown.

The Washington defense has not been great this year but allowed Atlanta only 16 points at home last week after giving up 40, 34 and 37 against Chicago, Philadelphia and Buffalo, respectively, the previous three weeks.

They won’t need to be great against this Giants’ pop-gun offense. They are tied for eighth in the league in sacks and likely won’t get much of a fight from this constantly shifting Giants offensive line.

Commanders RBs Brian Robinson, Antonio Gibson

The Giants are allowing the fifth-most fantasy points to running backs (21.5 per game) this season as well as the second-most rushing yards (147.5) per game.

Washington has not been great on the ground this year, averaging just 87.8 yards per game which is way below the 126.1 they averaged last year. Much of this has to do with gamescript, as the Commanders have played from behind much of this season.

That likely won’t be the case on Sunday. They will mix in both backs as much as possible and try to run the Giants right out of Bergen County.

If there’s one thing that’s been noticed is that the Giants are using the second-year wideout Wan’Dale Robinson more often than expected.

Robinson caught all eight of his targets against Buffalo for a team-high 62 yards and has five or more receptions in each of the Giants’ last three games.

The Commanders have been very lenient against wide receivers this year, allowing the second-most fantasy points (29.3) per game.
