Knowledge is power and the greatest asset you can acquire in order to compete for a fantasy football championship.
Here's your 2022 preview of the Green Bay Packers, the 23rd of 32 team profiles during draft season:
— 2022 Fantasy MVP: Aaron Jones, RB
I expect Jones' (ADP: 20) usage in the pass game to improve overall — his target share was already impressive — especially in the red zone with Davante Adams out of the picture. He's already produced RB2, RB5 and RB11 seasons the past three years with Per 17 Games averages of 1,589 total yards, 56 receptions and 15 touchdowns.
— 2022 Fantasy Sleeper: Allen Lazard, WR
Lazard (ADP: 100) has the inside track in being Aaron Rodgers' top target, and they clearly already have chemistry — 20% of Lazard's receptions (40) were touchdowns (eight) in 2022. The top receiver in this offense shouldn't be drafted as a WR4 — Lazard is currently the 42nd WR being drafted. There's huge value to be had here.
— 2022 Fantasy Bust: AJ Dillon, RB
I believe Dillon (ADP: 52) is capable of repeating last season's performance — 1,116 total yards, 34 receptions and seven touchdowns — which was good enough for RB21 in standard formats (RB23 in PPR). There's even potential to add to it considering he and Jones are the two best players on this offense who haven't won four MVP awards. I draw the line at drafting Dillon anticipating he'll supplant Jones as the top option in this backfield without an injury. That won't happen.
— 2022 Fantasy Rookie to watch: Romeo Doubs, WR
Doubs (ADP: 153) and Christian Watson (ADP: 179) will both have plenty of opportunities with a mostly inexperienced depth chart at receiver. Watson is behind after missing a significant portion of training camp. Doubs' impressive camp translated into success during his exhibition action. Any wideout who receives targets from Rodgers has value in fantasy.
