One of Nottingham's biggest events has confirmed it will return for another year after a successful two-day show at the Motorpoint Arena. Em-Con combines celerity meet and greets, traders and stalls along with impressive film and TV sets with cosplay.
The event has been confirmed for its 9th year and will take place on on Saturday, June 10 and Sunday, June 11, 2023, although the celebrities have yet to be announced. Fans who attended this year's event were delighted with the opportunity to meet actors from Happy Potter, Hot Fuzz, Doctor Who and Gavin and Stacey. There was also a chance to take a photo in film sets such as Red Dwarf or Dr Who.
Last year's event saw guest appearances from Walking Dead stars and Jay and Silent Bob star, Jason Mewes. Jason Mewes has become known for his solo stage shows in recent years.
