Fans say 'I can't do that' as heavily pregnant Gemma Atkinson amazes them before admission about son's arrival

Gemma Atkinson has continued to wow her followers as she awaits the arrival of her second child. The Hits Radio host is heavily pregnant with a baby boy after revealing she was expecting back in January with her Strictly Come Dancing star fiancé Gorka Marquez.

The couple have been sharing updates on their growing brood since announcing the joyous news but it appears their unborn son may be delaying his arrival into the world. Gemma previously said back in April that she had been told her 'little man' could arrive at "any time from the back few weeks in June to the front few weeks in July" after sharing why she hadn't asked for a specific 'due date'.

And as the former Emmerdale and Hollyoaks star awaits going into labour, she has continued to keep moving and shared an impressive video of her latest round of stretches. "Not sure how much more space I can make for you little man," keen gym-goer Gemma, 38, typed alongside a compilation video of her latest moves.

She went on to type: "Stretching has still been my go to for feeling SO much better, especially at this stage. He’s obviously very comfy which is good to know."

But Bury-born Gemma did share the moving reason why she'd like her son to make his entrance into the world soon - and it was down to her beau Gorka, 32, who is due to return to work soon after signing up to the 2023 run of Strictly. "I’m very much still in the mindset of he’ll arrive when he’s ready as apposed to a specific date," Gemma wrote.

"However, it would be nice if he was ready quite soon so he could spend a little longer with his Papa before rehearsals start (and I could also that way potentially get at least a few hours sleep)."

Gemma was soon inundated with tips to try and speed up the process while also getting other comments from her amazed followers. @ravenous_fox said: "I can’t do that and I’m not even pregnant." @anniejarrett28 echoed: "I can’t do this and I’m not growing a human! You go girl! You look and are amazing."

@wellinever1603 replied: "You look absolutely fantastic! I’m sure I looked like I’d been dragged through a hedge after 7 months. It just shows you how being healthy helps the body when it needs it most. Cannot wait for arrival of little baby boy Marquez." @lisashawcrutchley added: "You look amazing! I can't stop checking your insta for news. So excited for you all."

It comes after Gemma told her fans that she and Gorka had 'made it' through their daughter's fourth birthday earlier this week as she shared the wish she had that her daughter could enjoy her special day to herself amid her baby brother's impending arrival. Posting on her story to her 1.8 million followers, Gemma wrote: "We made it through the day! Wonderful evening with family round for Mia's b'day. Sounds daft but I'm so happy she got her day.

"I wanted to to be all about her seeing it's her last as a single child. Maybe hormones but I was emotional thinking little man could arrive too. Whatever happens now I'm okay with. July will be an expensive month for sure BUT they will each have their own special day."

After having family over for a mini soiree held at home following a party with her nursery friends last month, Gemma added: " Gorka's manically cleaning downstairs to get everything ready. Henry hoover is on the go! And he's in full on rest mode! Meanwhile, I'm sat with a syringe collecting colostrum."
