Fans in awe after 'Susan Boyle moment' on Britain's Got Talent

Fans of Britain's Got Talent are convinced they have found the winner of the hit talent show.

Taking to the stage on Saturday (May 21), shy Maxwell Thorpe seriously impressed viewers, with many labelling it a "Susan Boyle moment". The Sheffield based opera singing busker wowed the judges and audience with his performance of Caruso.

Maxwell received a standing ovation from the crowd after his performance. The judges, Simon Cowell, David Walliams, Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon also jumped to their feet to praise him.
