- Heritage Live, managed by GCE Live, expressed disappointment with SeeTickets' initial position, noting that other ticket agents had already processed refunds and advised SeeTickets customers to contact them directly with their order numbers.
- Despite maintaining that the event promoter was responsible for refunds, SeeTickets ultimately decided to fund customer refunds themselves to ensure ticket holders were not left out of pocket, promising to contact them shortly with instructions on how to claim their money back.
