Stacey, 35, is expecting her first child with Grimsby's Kevin Clifton, 40, after the couple met when they were partnered up in the 2018 series of Strictly Come Dancing, which they went on to win.
In August, she announced she was expecting a baby with the professional dancer. She never shared her official due date, but teased recently that the bundle of joy could be born very soon, Grimsby Live reports.
Now, fans think Stacey has given birth after noticing she has "gone quiet" on social media. Sharing her last snap six days ago and using the snail emoji as its caption, hundreds of followers flocked to the comments section, with one writing: "Convinced she’s had the baby".
