Football fans have clashed with security staff and police inside Ibrox ahead of the Europa League match.
Footage showed Borussia Dortmund fans being pushed back by police and stewards to avoid a confrontation between them and Rangers supporters.
One steward is understood to have been injured in the clash.
BT Sport’s Darrell Currie said: “One quick incident to report on, there has been a bit of trouble in the away end.
"Some of the fans spilled onto the track alongside the pitch.
“One steward has been taken away on a stretcher. Let’s hope everyone is OK.”
The Record has contacted Police Scotland for comment.
Rangers are hoping to send the Bundesliga giants tumbling out of the Europa League tonight.
Last week, Giovanni van Bronckhorst's side shocked Borussia Dortmund in their own backyard with an incredible 4-2 victory at the Westfalenstadion.
Success in Glasgow tonight would see Rangers reach the last 16 on the back of a momentous achievement.
Rangers have a good record against Dortmund at Ibrox down the years and last week's result will have fuelled real belief that they can see them off again.
