Everton have escaped relegation from the Premier League with a stunning come-from-behind victory against Crystal Palace, but only supporters inside the ground were able to witness the unforgettable scenes.
The Blues looked to be in serious trouble when Patrick Vieira's side clocked up a 2-0 half-time lead, but a phenomenal second half comeback brought goals from Michael Keane and Richarlison before Dominic Calvert-Lewin lit the blue touch paper with a late diving header to win the match, sparking a pitch invasion amid remarkable scenes.
The result not only ensured that Everton's proud 68-year top flight status remained intact but was also one of the Premier League games of the season, jammed-packed with high-octane drama. However, with Sky TV choosing to televise Aston Villa v Burnley instead, viewers at home were denied the opportunity to experience the drama that played out at Goodison Park.
