Evil Edinburgh prisoner and serial killer, Peter Tobin, has been linked to another murder after the family of a murdered student blamed police for destroying evidence that could have placed Tobin at the scene of the crime.
Tobin, currently serving three life sentences in Saughton Prison, Edinburgh, was convicted of three murders between 1991 and 2006, although many believe he is responsible for more killings.
The Daily Record report that the body of 22-year-old Jessie Earl was found in the undergrowth at Beachy Head near Eastbourne, East Sussex, in 1989, nine years after she disappeared from her bedsit in the resort.
