A mum and her three children have been left without hot water and heating since Boxing Day after suffering from constant leaks in their run down home.
Care worker Lorraine King, 48, and her kids have had to wash themselves with hot water from a kettle since their home in West London was damaged by a leak.
She told MyLondon: "I’ve got to either boil the kettle or even go and take a bath at my daughter’s which is miles away. It’s not convenient."
