A family of four has been left fuming after they endured weeks of struggled to get a passport for their daughter - only to have their holiday cancelled days before the flight.
Leanne Dooley, her partner Ken and her two children, Lily, 12, and Poppy, 10, were due to go on their first holiday to Lanzarote, but were left disappointed after travel agency TUI told them their flights were cancelled, Liverpool ECHO reports.
The family were due to fly on June 7 but with less than a week's notice, Leanne, 35, says she was contacted by TUI who told them that their holiday plans had been cancelled at just after 2am today.
