A family's dream holiday turned into a 'nightmare' after they found out their £4,000 getaway had been cancelled by text - as they stood waiting at the departure gate.
Steven Hession, 45, had been looking forward to jetting off to Kos on Saturday with his wife, Kerrie, and their two children for a family wedding.
After hours of chaos and queues at Manchester Airport, the family finally made it to their gate - only to receive a text message from TUI saying that their flight and holiday to the Greek island had been cancelled.
