A family's dream trip to see Santa was ruined by airport luggage chaos.
Stacey and Spencer Chadderton her six-year-old son William and parents travelled home from a 'magical' four-night trip to Finnish Lapland when they were met with a two hour wait for their luggage.
They arrived back at Manchester Airport just after 3pm on Sunday and claim they remained on the tarmac because an air bridge was not ready.
