Family of missing man 'very upset' over disappearance from Scots town

The family of a man who has gone missing overnight from Falkirk have been left 'very upset' by his sudden disappearance.

Stuart Kerr was last seen at Salmon Court at around 6pm yesterday, sparking an urgent police search.

The 45-year-old from Bo'ness is described as white, with short brown hair, blue eyes and stubble.

He was wearing a red jacket with a black collar, a grey beanie hat, blue jeans and white trainers when he vanished.

Officers say Stuart's family are desperate to know he is safe.

Police have already carried out extensive enquiries to locate Stuart, but attempts to trace him have so far proved unsuccessful.

They are now checking for any relevant CCTV footage for any additional information on where Stuart may be.

Cops are also seeking the assistance of the public in a bid to locate him.

Inspector Matt Riddell said: “Stuart’s family is understandably very upset and just want to know he is safe and well.

"If anyone has seen Stuart or has any information as to his whereabouts, please contact us.”

Anyone with information is asked to call Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 2678 of 11 April 2022.
