A family are being forced to move 250miles to Wales after their local council issued them with a sudden eviction notice.
Mum-of-three Rae Layton, 43, from Ponsanooth, Cornwall, says a housing officer told her to look at moving away from all her friends and family as a ‘holiday’.
The family were hit with an eviction notice in April, with Rae given until July to get a new home.
