Bollywood actor Manoj Bajpayee has added a sizeable piece of land to his property portfolio, purchasing 4.45 acres of agricultural land in Maharashtra for Rs 1.37 crore. The property is located in an area near Pune that has increasingly attracted buyers looking for second homes, agricultural plots and weekend retreats.
Property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix show that the Family Man actor purchased 1.80 hectares of agricultural land for Rs 1,37,31,000. The transaction was registered on August 25, 2026.
