A holidaymaker loved the hotel he and his family stayed in over the last 30 years so much that he bought it.
Andrew Long, from Lincolnshire, took his family to the Polurrian Hotel in Cornwall for their summer holidays countless times over the past three decades.
But Mr Long and his family loved the hotel so much, he is now its sole owner after concluding the purchase of the Hotel Polurrian Limited.
