A family who claim they were electrocuted on their get-away to Butlin's says they were offered teddy bears to make up for it.
Katarzyna and David Baldock and their daughter couldn't wait for their trip to the Minehead resort in July.
The mum says she and her husband were both electrocuted on the first night of their holiday, Cornwall Live reports.
