Family demand TUI refund for holiday with sewage smell and beds like 'blocks of wood'

A family in Nottingham want a refund from TUI airline following what they perceived to be an "absolutely awful" 11-night stay in Turkey.

They claim to have experienced multiple problems such a strong sewages smells at their hotel.

Shaun Caudwell, 37, went on the holiday with his 33-year-old wife Vanessa and their five children.
